With decades of experience leading nonprofit and community-based work, Larry ensures RYFO stays grounded, mission-driven, and operationally strong. His heart for people and his practical wisdom shape how we handle donors, logistics, and all the behind-the-scenes details that make ministry sustainable. Larry carries the weight so the vision can fly—freeing up space for creative strategy, spiritual covering, and real impact.

As RYFO’s first featured artist and active Secretary, she balances behind-the-scenes leadership with creative depth.
